Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store AniBloomArt.

2. Contractual partner

3. Prices & Taxes
All prices are final and do not include shipping costs.  
We do not charge VAT according to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation).

4. Fulfillment & Shipping
All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify. Production and delivery take approximately 3–12 business days.

5. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and other methods offered at checkout.

6. Returns
Since our products are printed on demand and individually made, returns are only possible in case of defects or damage. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Dispute Resolution
